The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of items from this website. Please read this document carefully before placing your order.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Any such changes shall not affect any contract subsisting between us at the time of such change. Please check them before you make any new purchase.

We advise you, our valued customer, to print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions safe for your reference.

Sale of Goods
By placing an order with Foynes Carpets (as of now referred to as us/we/our) you (the customer) are accepting these terms and conditions, as well as our terms of website use, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Your order confirmation is proof of purchase.

Please ensure you keep this in a safe place as this will also be your guarantee on the following terms:

All deliveries nationwide are delivered using a 3rd party courier. If delivery is within 25 miles of our showroom, we may use our own delivery van.
All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all goods prior to signing for them.
Foynes Carpets cannot be held liable for any damage which is noticed after delivery has occurred.
All items must be delivered indoors, to a dry and secure area.

All timescales given are to be used as a guideline only.
We shall make every effort possible to meet these timescales; however, delays can occur due to circumstances which are not under our control.
We therefore cannot accept any liability for delays or failure to deliver within the estimated timescale given.
Additionally, all timescales quoted do not include any public holidays or weekends.

We deliver to ground floor rooms only. If the goods do not fit into the property and they have been ordered specially, we cannot be held liable for this.

Attempted Deliveries
If a second delivery is required due to any problems accessing the property or for any reasons not mentioned prior to delivery, or if you (the customer) have failed to accept delivery (ONCE ARRANGED WITH THE COURIER) then we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.

All returns must be sent to; Foynes Carpets, New Road Complex, New Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 1AL.

Cancelled Orders
All order cancellations will be subject to a cancellation administration fee.
